Responsibilities
- Provide training and product expertise to our Territory Managers across NSW
- Ensure high standard of product knowledge is maintained
- Support the marketing team with product and technical information
- Attend company sales meetings and customer events as required
- Track training effectiveness and ensure strong KPI results
- Design effective training materials and development tools to support continuous learning
- Lots of interstate travel required
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and business objectives to develop and execute continuing education programs
Skills and experience required
- Comprehensive understanding of Cath Lab environment and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention is essential
- Strong experience establishing a training approach and developing a training plan
- Collaborative, solutions oriented interpersonal style
- Tertiary qualification in relevant Science or Health field is preferred
- Positive, self-motivated and goal oriented with a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to travel is required
