Nurses On Wheels (NOW) has been providing home nursing since 1959 and we a not for profit organisation.
We are seeking experienced EN’s to deliver excellent nursing care in a home setting.
Days and hours are flexible and negotiable, high level of autonomy required. Must be patient focused, currently registered with AHPRA and be able to demonstrate clinical competency.
Immediate start .
Essential criteria:
- 3 years recent post grad experience in the clinical setting.
- Current drivers licence - Unrestricted
- Registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- An understanding of Quality and Safety in the delivery of care.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the issues regarding privacy and confidentiality the delivery of care.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Desirable criteria:
- Previous experience in the provision of care to the elderly in the community, Aged Care or home setting.
- A commitment to continuous Quality Improvement
- Demonstrated commitment to continual professional development.
