Arlington Aged Care Facility is a 30 bed ‘Boutique Style’ Nursing Home located in the vibrant inner-northern suburb of Thornbury.

We provide innovative quality aged care services, and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of individualised care & services, professionalism of our team, leadership and innovation.

Therefore, this position offers a career minded Registered Nurse Division 1 [Gr 4A, Level 3, PP2] with 'In Charge' experience the opportunity to contribute their clinical & leadership skills to maintaining our standards of care.
  
The role of RN D/1 In Charge requires:

• Excellent clinical decision making & staff management skills and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of resident care assessments, care planning & associated documentation requirements
• Competency in medication administration and documentation
• Familiarity with digital resident care & medication administration systems/software
• A thorough understanding of ACFI and quality systems.

  
We are looking to recruit RN D/1 able to demonstrate their clinical competency and ability to effectively manage a shift and the staff team, and their commitment to delivering high standards of aged care.
  
Our RN D/1 are supported in their role by experienced on-site management, are provided with access to professional development in areas relevant to clinical practice, staff management, accreditation/quality systems, funding requirements, and receive recognition for innovation and professionalism.
  
We require applicants to provide evidence of their current AHPRA registration, police check and 1st Aid/CPR certification.
