The Organisation
Centrally located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, our client is a large, respected multidisciplinary medical practice employing 25 GPs, 2 Nurses and a Reception/Admin team of 7.  Supported by Corporate Services headquartered in Melbourne with a strong sense of partnership, the Group is an iconic and leading Australian medical brand.

The Role
There now exists a rare opportunity for an exceptionally experienced Practice Manager to join this group to lead and coordinate one with their flagship medical sites.  The role of Practice Manager is multi-faceted, hands on and 'visible' within the practice.  It forms a key link between staff and practitioners and has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice,  guided by a set of leadership principles including;

  • inspiring a shared vision
  • challenging the process
  • modelling acceptable behaviour
  • enabling others to act, and
  • encouraging the heart
