We are looking for talent - an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join a well-established dental practice in Deloraine, northern Tasmania.  We have a reputation for high clinical standards and straight-talking integrity with our patients from the local area and across Tasmania.

We have a dedicated young team of 9 support staff in clinical and front office roles, in our busy 4-chair practice.  This position is available on a full-time basis, with at least one evening a week and one Saturday in 4 expected from all team members. This role is vital to the on-going success of the practice.

Are you experienced, enthusiastic and have brilliant people management skills? If you want to work in a practice that is positive, fast paced and collaborative, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have excellent communication and administrative skills, understand the ethos of patient care, have great attention to detail, and have experience in a similar environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Front Office Duties;
• Phone, appointments and administrative support;
• Book keeping;
• General reporting;
• Staff Management;
• Supporting the Practice Owner;
• Rostering of staff, training and chairside duties;
• Ensuring Practice meets compliance requirements.
