We are an innovative orthodontic practice, part of a global network of specialists across the Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the U.S. We love staying ahead of the curve and implementing the latest technology, including Invisalign, to create brand new smiles for our patients.
We need your help to drive us to the next level and that means increasing the number of new patients that say 'yes' to taking the journey to a brand new smile. We need someone who is great at building rapport who will be taking care of our new patients. You'll need great face-to-face skills as you help our Orthodontist conduct the initial client consultations, talking about the beautiful smiles we've already created!
We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, a natural go-getter, loves achieving targets, and is able to book patients to start treatment through imparting trust and confidence.
To be a success in this role, you will have an exceptional ability to communicate, be honest, empathetic, and have a caring approach to patients and staff alike.
Domestic and International Conference opportunities are key to helping you be successful in this role.
Business development, sales experience, qualifications in Marketing/Sales/Business or experience in the orthodontic industry would be highly desirable.
The position is full time worked over a 9 day fortnight across two locations - Melbourne and Templestowe. No weekends or late nights. Hourly rate dependent on qualifications and experience.
