An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Registered Nurse to join the casual pool at our Eltham Facility, reporting to our Clinical Coordinator. As a casual employee, we require you to have flexible availability across - mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights, both weekdays and weekends.

Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong focus on person centred care and will demonstrate:

• Prior experience in a clinical or similar environment;
• A Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (mandatory);
• Clinical skills and knowledge in the completion of clinical documentation;
• Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example;
• Prior experience with Autumn Care (desirable);
• The ability to apply ACFI knowledge (desirable);
• The ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members;
• The ability to provide clinical practice and care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;
• Excellent time management, problem solving and decision making skills;
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and computer literacy.
