Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced AHPRA registered Psychologist to join the Melbourne team. As this business has multiple services arms this is a rare opportunity to work across Workplace Rehabilitation, Clinical Psychology and Corporate Health arms. This is a brilliant diverse role where you can use both your clinical psychology background and corporate rehabilitation skills.
Some responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Rehabilitation and Counselling
- Conduct vocational and initial needs assessments
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external - including insurers, injured workers and employers
- EAP
- Corporate training
To be considered:
- Degree qualified in Psychology
- AHPRA registration - full or provisional
- Experienced in vocational assessments and workplace injury prevention
- Strong stakeholder management
- KPI driven
- Commercially minded
