We are continuing to grow to meet the needs of our community and are currently looking to appoint an individual who can meet the following requirements:

Position Profile

We are looking for suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Registered and Enrolled Nurses with 12 months experience in a critical care area, with demonstrated broad knowledge and clinical expertise in all areas of patient care to join our busy Emergency Department.

You will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager and clinical team leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the core values and strategic direction of both the hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Selection Criteria

• Relevant registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• 12 months post registration experience in any a critical care area
• Understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant legislation
• Effective communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care
