Residential Aged Care Home Manager required for leading Aged Care Facility, based in Melbourne's Inner South Eastern Suburbs, to lead, motivate & empower staff to deliver high quality, individualised care to residents, in calm, supportive & safe environment. A key element of this role will be to Project Manage the consolidation and relocation of existing aged care facilities as a result of growth.
You would be responsible & accountable for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction & performance for the residential care home and the consolidation and relocation project. This includes efficient operational & financial management.
Requirements for this role include:
- Practical experience in a management role
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate & develop a team & effectively work with other staff
- Project management capabilities
- Strong admin & computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
This is the perfect role for an Aged Care Facility Manager who would like to build upon their existing experience by being involved in a major project.
