About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead all aspects of this 144-bed care home. You will be required to undertake the overall responsibility of the operations of the home to deliver the Bupa promise to residents and their families, you will lead the home in implementing the Bupa Model of Care, you will create a culture for our people to love working at Bupa, and achieve extraordinary business performance.
About You
Leading the team, your passion for achieving the best for residents and staff will be driven by your strong performance energy and your previous experience from an operations based management role ideally with a background in nursing. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- First class operational leadership experience
- Registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse - Div 1
- Demonstrated abilities in growing and developing people
- Advanced understanding of service improvement, WHS principles and previous experience within a regulatory environment
- Strong ability to manage resources and exceed targets
- Strong Change management skills to support your team
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing change
- Possess excellent skills in leading through relationship
