As a Lifestyle Assistant, you have a vital role to play in delivering the lifestyle programs and ensuring that all residents are able to participate.
This is a Part Time position working a variety of shifts throughout the week at our Regis Ontario facility.
As the Lifestyle Assistant, your role will include:
- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to residents status
- Liaise with residents and their families
Your experience and skills:
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- Outstanding computer literacy
