Experienced Practice Manager
Tooth Booth Dentists is a locally owned and operated Business located in four locations including Chermside, Carindale, Indooroopilly and Cleveland.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager, Senior Dental receptionist or Treatment coordinator to join our team in this position.
Current Drivers license and reliable car is a must as this role will require the successful applicant to travel to other locations for Practice Manager relief.
Tooth Booth Dentists offers the suitable candidate reliable hours in a well-organised practice with a supportive team environment and professional support.
The role will include:
- Relieving current Practice Managers on RDO's and Holidays
- Customer service and patient care
- Daily Reception duties including appointment book management, phone and email duties
- Recall System management
- Ability to handle stock and ordering systems
- Assist the clinical team as required
- Customer service and patient care
We are seeking the following from the right candidate
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior Dental role
- Excellent presentation
- Exceptional communication skills and phone manner
- Attention to detail
- Windows, Excel fluent
- Experience of Dental software Praktika is a advantage however training will be provided
- A positive can do attitude
- Flexibilty to work Saturdays and some Thursday evenings
