About the opportunity

Working within the Aesthetics division, your role as a Business Development Manager will be to utilise your highly effective business and commercial skills to gain depth and breadth within key accounts across a NSW territory, having a mix of complex clinical discussions and ensuring effective relationships are in place with the customers.

Duties

  • Creating and executing business plans based on your thorough analysis
  • Develop opportunities to build and maintain product loyalty with new and existing accounts
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s product offering and that of the competitors
  • Monitor market trends and uncover changes in customer’s habits
  • Have high level clinical discussions about the products and delivery using your in depth knowledge of anatomy

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Science or Healthcare
  • High level of business acumen including data analysis
  • Significant experience as a Specialist Sales Representative
  • Demonstrated experience in account management with B2B discussions
