The DCR team have lovely dental teams in the Northern and Western suburbs of Brisbane as well as a practice located in Ayr North Queensland. They are all seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to lead and take charge of their established hygiene department. With a loyal patient base and supportive teams – their patients need you!

About these roles:

Hygienist – Northern Suburbs of Brisbane

• 3-4 days/week with 1 to 2 late nights required
• Promote and market dental health and the services of the practice
• Continue to nurture and grow your established patient base through providing exceptional care
• Be part of a proactive dental practice/team with a focus on team development as well as professional development for all their staff
• Promote and engage your patients with excellent care and Oral Hygiene instructions
• Contribute to the growth of the department with both productivity and production growth targets

Remuneration for this role would be dependent upon your experience and knowledge base. Be part of a great a kind, gentle and caring dental team with a stable and individual philosophy and focus to their patients and team.

Hygienist – Western Suburbs of Brisbane

• Up to 4 days/week Monday to Thursday’s but these days could change 
• Promote and market dental health and the services of the practice
• Co-diagnosis and co-treatment planning with the dentist
• Promote dental health by completing dental prophylaxis; providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies; charting conditions of decay and disease; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act 
• Be part of a proactive dental practice/team with a focus on team development as well as professional development for all their staff
• Promote and engage your patients with excellent care and Oral Hygiene instructions
• Contribute to the growth of the department with both productivity and production growth targets

Initially the role is on a casual basis for 3 months looking at becoming full-time for the ideal candidate. Remuneration for this role would be dependent upon your experience and knowledge base. Relocation Position available – Full-time Dental Hygienist Position in Ayr (North Queensland) 

Our client is seeking an experienced Hygienist who wants to provide progressive, patient focused and professional care to your patients from the already long and well-established patient base and regular recall system, all while being part of an enjoyable atmosphere within a carefully selected team!

Hygienist Role Ayr NQ:

Our clients team consists of 3 dentists and 2 hygienists who are all ready to mentor and assist your transition into their team.  The role is full-time Monday to Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday’s 8am to 2pm.   Working alongside the principal dentists in this caring practice you will be responsible for all general recall hygiene treatments within your scope – as well as some periodontal patients.

You are committed and can work closely with the current dentists within the practice as well as a Periodontists and or Endodontist in Townsville for your more complex treatment plans.
