Our client is seeking a Pharmacist to join their multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to a regional hospital and outreach facilities in NSW. It is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who will also be responsible for supporting medication safety practices and quality improvement initiatives in an environment whereby no two days are ever the same and with an abundance of variety, there is lots to learn and grow.
The role is Based in a 50 - 55-bed facilities offering emergency, acute care, surgical, integrated palliative care, transitional care, day therapy unit, ACAT, and parent and baby unit
This Hospital is the hub site for surrounding smaller communities and also provides a range of community health nursing and allied health services including physiotherapy, OT, dietetics, speech pathology and drug and alcohol counseling on site
Eligibility
- Unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Post registration hospital pharmacy experience
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to quality assurance activities
