We are searching for nursing who believe in providing high quality patient centred care for an Aged Care Facility.
This role is initially a 5 or 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will require you to:
~ Assess, monitor and evaluate clients clinical and nursing
~ Create and follow up care plans
~ To be responsible and accountable for clinical practice based on current codes of ethics
~ Provide mentorship to junior staff

To be considered for this role you will:
~ Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
~ Experience providing autonomous community care

~ Well developed communication and literacy skills
