In this role you will be responsible for enhancing our client’s commercial operations by supplying their customers and prospects with knowledge on applications, recommendations of workflows and instrumentation, e.g. through on site demonstrations, training and development of protocols.

Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Support the sales team through trainings and demonstrations
- Host seminars as part of assisting and supporting the sales process
- Instrument and assay demonstrations
- Convert customer needs to sales opportunities
- Increase sales
Profile
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- 2 years lab experience or technical support experience
- Knowledge of molecular techniques
- University degree in Biological Science (Msc) preferred
