Your new company
The Territory Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the state as well as managing existing business relationships with clinics, providing the highest customer service. The successful candidate will have worked in a territory management role before selling capital equipment medical devices, Ideally Ophthalmology, Surgical or Aesthetics Lasers. You will be a proven dedicated salesperson who is passionate about the product, providing top quality customer service but ultimately exceeding sales targets and expanding the region through increased sales and new client on-boarding.
Your new role
- Manage your portfolio within your assigned territory, involving regular interaction with customers providing the highest customer service to ensure repeat business.
- Market analysis to target new prospects in the region and build upon existing portfolio
- Sales planning to achieve efficient time management when servicing existing accounts as well as prospecting
- Meetings with prospects presenting on company and product suite, as well as conducting training with members
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven sales success in the medical device industry
- Experienced in capital equipment sales, ideally 3+ years
- Territory management experience, having proven success building and expanding a region
- Self-starter, highly organised and a team player are desired qualities
- Educated to degree level in Science or Business industry
