About the business
ROSEWOOD MEDISPA is recruiting for a qualified Psychologist or Registered Social Worker to join a multi-disciplinary team providing a range of health and Medispa services. If you are open minded to holistic alternative health and wellbeing treatments then you MUST apply.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing business in the Health, Wellness, Fitness and Aesthetic Industry. Build upon your experience and learn about new outstanding treatments and technology at Rosewood Medispa in Elsternwick (20 minutes South East from Melbourne CBD).
We are introducing to Australia clinically proven treatments, popular in Europe for its effectiveness. Be a part of a Medispa that is the first to provide amazing unique treatments for pain management, sleep problems, weight-loss, anti-ageing, detox and more.
Other services we offer are high performance EMS training and back therapy. We also provide non-surgical treatments for body contouring, therapeutic massage, counselling services and premium products including deluxe skin care.
Hours: Full time or Part time.
About the role
- Personal confidential counselling for clients.
- Provide a psychological consultancy service for clients experiencing personal difficulties.
- Provide psychological treatment and support for clients involved in traumatic, life threatening and macabre incidents.
- Assessments: Psychological injury, vocational, one-offs and ongoing case management.
- Counselling and therapy including wellness programs, stress management, trauma, depression and pain management.

Skills and experience
- Experience in Rehabilitation is preferable but not a requirement
- A car and current Driver's Licence
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills, including time management
- Have an ABN number and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience
- Able to work flexible hours, including alternating weekends.
- User level computer skills.
- Well-presented and positive attitude.
