We are currently seeking Casual Registered Nurses for our Aged care facility.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent clinical care to the residents
- Clinical assessment, care planning, and updating resident documentation
- Working in accordance with St Luke’s Care Policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with residents, their families, doctors and staff (both internal and external) as well as demonstrate mature and empathetic attitude to the aged.
- Working autonomously with a positive attitude.
Essential Criteria:
- Unconditional APHRA registration
- Previous experience in an aged care facility
- Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
- Passionate about aged care
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
