About The Candidate:

  • Clinical experience within the Healthcare Industry i.e. OT, Lymphoedema, nursing and allied health background
  • Outstanding customer focused selling skills including analytical, sales generation and commercial acumen
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Bachelor's Degree Qualification
  • Alignment to BSN medical global values of Ambition, Urgency, Ownership & Integrity and our ANZ personal attributes of Authentic, Agile, Respectful, Enthusiastic, Discerning.

Role Requirements:

  • Business development and customer support in a defined territory
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales and performance plan for your territory.
  • Nourish close personal working relationships with KOL's and stakeholders
  • Understand and monitor market dynamics (including customers, market analysis, competitors and patient demographics)
  • Key account management to coordinate all company activities for the benefit of the customer
  • Continually develop product and therapeutic knowledge to support customer needs
  • Participate in team and company projects
