The Role
Currently seeking a Team Leader to manage an 8 FTE  for a regional Mental Health service in NSW. This role will be to manage the day to day of the clinical team providing Drug and Alcohol services to the local indigenous community. You will be working a Monday-Friday roster.
  
The Benefits 
Upon appointment you will be entitled to the following:

• Up to $110,000 p/h + Super + Penalties
• Monday- Friday role
• Accommodation can be negotiated

• Allowance for Laundry + uniforms
• Continuing Education Allowances as per the NSW health award

The Location 

You will be located in Dareton in the western region of NSW close to Victoria - only 20 minutes from Mildura. 
Located on the Murray River, the town is at the heart of the Coomealla Irrigation Area. Dareton was once home to an Aboriginal mission; this is now a residential area for Aboriginal people. In town, you have all the basic amenities however most of the team members reside Mildura where you have access to many facilities, Gym's, shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars as well as sporting clubs and plenty of outdoor activities. 
Housing in the local area is also really reasonable and there are plenty of schooling options making it a great place for families to make a life. 

The Criteria 
In order to be successful, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Post Grad in Mental Health
• 3-5 years’ Experience in Management
• A sound understanding of Drug & Alcohol mental health  
• AHPRHA Registration
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
