Clinical Manager - Aged Care RN - North Brisbane

Here's your chance to work in a reputable and large facility based in North Brisbane. A friendly, professional team of staff, looking for someone to work alongside another Clinical Manager.

At this welcoming facility you will be supported by the senior management team but also enjoy autonomy in your role, we need an experienced clinician who can hit the ground running!

***Responsibilities***

• Promote resident care in accordance with Accreditation requirements required for aged care
• Assisting with HR duties and have the ability to retain quality staff
• Work with other health team members to provide leadership, guidance and education to ensure that best practice is being delivered
• Continue to monitor and implement clinical quality and risk management programs and ensure they are followed correctly
• Work alongside another CM at this facility
• You will work under the direction and report to the Facility Manager

***The Requirements***

• Have exceptional knowledge of the Aged Care industry and its continuous changes 
• Significant experience as a Clinical Manager in a residential aged care facility
• Preparation of clinical care and ACFI documents
• Demonstrated Clinical Leadership within the health sector
• A solid understanding of the Accreditation Standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with managers, staff and overall the residents
• Dementia experience will be highly regarded
• A genuine passion for working within Aged Care
• Hold a current AHPRA registration and maintain a positive police check
