Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Relocate!

Redstone is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to join a small residential home located 2.5 hours outside of Adelaide. You will overseeing the clinical aspects of the home as well as staff management alongside the Facility Manager. 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within management in any discipline with a strong willingness to break into Aged Care. 

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent clinical skills
• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential! 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement in either Aged Care or Acute 
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
