About the Role
Southern Cross Care is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Residential Care team at Victoria Park Nursing Home and Hostel in Kalgoorlie, WA on a casual basis.
The key function of this role is to ensure the direct and comprehensive delivery of nursing care to residents and their families at our facility. Our RN’s apply competent clinical knowledge and skills to achieve quality service and outcomes for our residents. This includes the supervision, coordination and delegation of resident care needs to Enrolled Nurse’s and Care Workers.
The ideal candidate we are looking for is hard-working, committed to providing a great service to our clients and works cooperatively within our tight-knit team. You will also need:
· Qualifications in a relevant field
· Current AHPRA registration
· Previous experience working in an RN capacity
· Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Previous experience supervising/managing other staff
