Glenelg Day Surgery and Specialist Centre is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with a vibrant and pleasant manner to assist in our busy reception area 3-4 days per week.
We are also seeking a bookings clerk to manage theatre bookings, preparation of theatre lists and file preparation 4-5 days per week.
Essential requirements of these position are:-
- Previous reception/admin experience in a medical practice or hospital
- High level of computer skills - in particular Word, Excel & Outlook
- Familiarisation with computerised practice management systems, experience with Blue Chip/Medical Director would be an advantage
- Previous surgeon and/or hospital billing experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience with preparation of theatre lists and patient files would be desirable
- Well developed organisational and time management skills
- Total commitment to delivering quality customer service
- Committed team member with a can do attitude
- Pleasant personality and ability to liaise effectively with staff, doctors and patients
