About the role

The organisation is looking for someone with strong experience and a successful track record of success in sales or market development in previous positions with medical device companies. The ideal candidate needs to have strong experience with spine medical devices, and the capacity to develop business across the whole of Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be an ANZ product expert for spinal implants and instruments
  • Offer support to the sales team and customers
  • Demonstrate superior spinal product, clinical, and surgical knowledge
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with local and global colleagues to drive company success
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with key customers and surgeons. 
  • Work closely with the finance teams to forecast financial sales data or assigned spinal product portfolio. 
  • Generate revenue and develop new business for the organisation 
  • Travelling throughout Australia as required

Skills and experience

  • Ideally at least 5 years experience as a Sales Representative, Territory Manager, or Product Manager specialising in healthcare products. 
  • Strong and experience and knowledge of the spinal implant systems and procedures. 
  • Experience with product launch and product phase-out processes. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be able to travel to various company hubs across the ANZ area, as well as off-site locations as required. 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
