For more than 20 years, our client has successfully delivered services within the community sector in the South West of WA. As a Not for profit organisation providing a range of community, aged care and disability services, our client prides itself on the effective services they deliver.
  
About the Role:  
  
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created and autonomous role has overall responsibility for providing leadership in all areas of corporate quality, risk management, training and improvement activities and contributing towards the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  
Your emphasis will be on supervising and mentoring staff, developing so constructive working relationships with the executive leadership and service delivery teams and leading the development of implementation of a new quality and continuous improvement framework and training register, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and best practice, and management of quality and training services delivered.

Job Requirements:   
  
To secure this excellent opportunity, you will have extensive experience in a similar role ideally within government funded aged care, community care and/or disability services sector’s including; in depth knowledge of contemporary quality and risk principles, auditing, highly developed analytical and report writing skills, a working knowledge of quality, training and improvement activities. In addition, you will possess tertiary qualifications ideally in quality or auditing or related discipline.
