Seeking full-time lead PRACTICE NURSE – Division 1 (Registered)

Primary duties include but are not limited to: wound care, assisting with small surgical procedures, , injections, chronic disease management and immunizations.
Pre-requisites for this position are: Current RN registration with AHPRA, ability and at least 3 + years experience with leading a team aswell as the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills and customer service, computer literacy and a professional warm and friendly attitude.
Community or Emergency department nursing considered advantageous, as is experience in chronic disease Management but all suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
