Role Purpose
To lead the Head Office team to provide efficient management systems and processes to empower leaders to be effective.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Second-in-charge in absence of General Manager.
Manages and ensures accountability of the Operations Team.
Assists in implementing the strategic plan and budget.
Manages efficiently the following:
- Human resources
- Risk management & compliance
- Product inventory
- Systems
- Property & facilities
- Network support & development
- Finance
Key Competencies of the Role
The ability to build a team and teamwork to fulfil a vision.
An ability to think strategically and act operationally.
Leads and manages passionately out of values.
Human resource insight and ability to manage HR compliance requirements.
Business operational experience.
Data gathering and analysing ability.
Financial expertise including bookkeeping, accounting and analysis.
Extensive customer service experience and leadership.
