Experienced counsellors choose to align their careers with R&DVSA because of our award winning multi-pronged approach to vicarious trauma. R&DVSA acknowledges vicarious trauma as a WHS hazard which results from interaction with trauma content. In response, we have developed a NSW WorkCover approach, tailored to each individual.

- Face to face interviews will be held in Sydney’s Inner West the week commencing Monday 30 July 2018. Those successful in gaining a face to face interview will be advised the week commencing Monday 23 March. Others will be advised at the end of the recruitment process.
- The role commences with orientation (paid) on Monday, 03 September 2018 – 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, concluding Friday, 7 September 2018.All successful candidates must be available to attend all dates at our Inner West Location.
R&DVSA holds an exemption under the Anti-Discrimination Act and only employs female trauma specialist counsellors.
