An exciting opportunity for a Support Worker (disabilities) to join a leading NFP on the Gold Coast
Your new company
A growing not for profit community services organisation dedicated to the disability, mental health, homelessness and domestic violence and social support. This organisation is a registered NDIS provider based at the southern end of the Gold Coast.
Your new role
Due to their increasing demands, experienced Support Workers are required to join their team on a contract basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a:
- Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (or a recognised equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Proven experience supporting people with disability and challenging behaviours;
- Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs
- Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and requirements
- A current First Aid Certificate; Queensland Driver's License and Blue Card
