About us
 
Juvenile Justice supervises and cares for young people who offend, both in the community and in Juvenile Justice Centres. It provides youth justice conferences for young people who offend referred by police or the courts.
 
About our Psychologists


Psychologists in Juvenile Justice provide a consultancy service to staff regarding the psychological needs of Juvenile Justice within custodial and community locations, as well as advice to statutory authorities. They work directly with young people who offend, both in custody, and in the community, including young people recently released into the community.

Our Psychologists are highly valued and critical members of the team who work hard to make a difference and assist young people in reducing their risk of re-offending. They assist in the delivering of psychological assessment, intervention, and therapeutic services while liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. 

We are currently recruiting for a number of roles across NSW and across various classifications under the The Crown Employees (Psychologists) Award
