Our client seeks an experienced Medical Administrator/Receptionist to join their leading private practice and team of renowned surgeons!
Reporting to the Clinic Director, this is a meaty and hands on role which will see you utilising your exceptional customer services and administrative skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing quotes for patients
- Invoicing
- Performing health fund checks
- Dealing with patient enquiries
- Liaising with office suppliers
- Front of house duties
- Patient document update
- Month end reporting for Director
- And much more!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience across the medical remit
- Sensational customer service skills
