An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly national team, based in Perth. If you're looking for a meaningful role that allows you to make a difference in the lives of others and within a growing industry, this may be the role for you. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing vital clinical care to vulnerable consumers throughout the Perth area. Working closely with our direct care and clinical staff, this hands on role will also involve:
- Casual hours including weekends;
- Providing clinical care such as wound care and medication support to consumers;
- Delivering all services and practices with a strong focus on individual needs in line with the wellness approach;
- Working as an integral part of the clinical team to ensure consumer needs are identified and met, and
- Assisting with providing care to clients with complex needs.
Our ideal candidate will be approachable, have a keen eye for detail and will also possess:
- Registration with the Australia Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Community nursing experience (desirable but not essential);
- Demonstrated time management and record keeping skills;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- A current National Police certificate (completed in the last 6 months) and
- Current driver's license.
