About the business
Kirwan GP Clinic, a busy 9 Doctor Bulk Billing medical practice, alongside our sister clinic Willows GP Clinic, a 5 doctor Bulk Billing medical practice, pride ourselves in high quality, hands on wholistic patient care.
About the role
This role will involve working in both of our busy medical practices, answering phones, handling appointments, data entry, greeting patients, general administration and providing exceptional customer service.
This position will contain night and weekend work, with a variety of shifts.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have an extensive background in Medical Reception (preferably in General Practice). You will have exceptional coordination skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have professional presentation and impeccable communication skills.
Experience with Medical Director/Pracsoft and/or Cert III Medical Administration is highly desirable.
Current First Aid + CPR desirable.
