About the Role

St Andrews Lutheran Aged Care, based in Tallebudgera, is seeking an outstanding Care Manager to mentor and lead our clinical and care staff. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be joining the Lutheran Services leadership team at a time of unprecedented industry growth and transformation. 

The successful candidate will have highly developed clinical and leadership skills. Most importantly the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence, innovation and holistic care.

The successful candidate will need to have an energetic demeanor and communicate effectively with their teams, residents and their families. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 5 years clinical leadership experience in high performing healthcare service. Knowledge and experience of the aged care industry or broader community services environment is highly desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be offered a highly competitive package including base salary, superannuation, 6 weeks annual, and the ability to salary package some of your income tax free.
