Programmed Health Professionals have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses looking for something a little different.
Our client is on the lookout for Registered Nurses for a 12 month casual contract, 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, working in an accreditation / quality role.
The role involves assessing and reviewing aged care services against the standards and reporting on their performance.
To be successful in this role you must have:-
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Auditing experience preferable
- MUST have Strong Aged and Clinical Care experience
- Auditing experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply knowledge of relevant standards and legislation
- A reliable car and SA drivers licence
- Rights to work in Australia
- National Criminal Record Check
- Registration as a quality surveyor (this course will be provided to successful applicants)
- Strong Written Skills
Experience in regulatory, quality, audit or compliance roles would be beneficial.
The role also involves some travel to rural and remote centres.
Benefits include laptop, mobile phone, mileage and food allowance when travelling.
Successful candidates will be given a 2 week pre-course training session followed by a further 2 week training program that is internationally accredited, leading to registration as a Quality Assessor.
