What you will be doing?
- Becoming an integral part of the resident's lives and be passionate about advocating on their behalf.
- Providing high standards of care
- Assess care plans and evulate the needs of the residents in order to tailor the care plans accordingly
- Develop relationships with both residents and their families and offer support to them
What you will need?
- You must have a current AHPRA registration
- You must have a current police check
- 2 years Aged Care experience is essential
- Ability to work well in a team
- An understanding of how government funding works in aged care
- The confidence to make decisions and think outside the box
- A passion to provide quality care to older people
