About the Opportunity:
This position will be a permanent, part-time role working Monday to Friday 3pm - 7pm. 

About the role:
As the Lifestyle Officer on shift, you will endeavour to deliver high quality resident activity programs to enhance the quality and enjoyment of life for our residents. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to include the Resident and their families and consult with staff, management and other allied health professionals, to ensure we provide the very best of care. You will support the orientation and training of volunteers.

What you can bring to Opal:

• An eagerness to grow and develop your aged care career.
• Knowledge of the aged care industry, regulations and funding would be highly regarded.
• A Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications.
• Relevant experience in aged care or dementia care.
• Excellent customer service & resident relation skills.
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Most important will be your passion for delivering high quality care to make a difference for our Residents.
