The Role:

• This a Regional Operations Manager that will oversee multiple aged care facilities across New South Wales and Queensland
• Your main responsibility will be to oversee the operations of the number of aged care facilities and ensure that they are align
• You will have several experienced Facility Manager reporting directly to you.
• Strategic and operational focus and assisting the COO.
• Key management role within a reputable aged care provider
• Travelling role – you will be very hands on and required to be ‘on the road’.
• Required to step into a Facility Manager position in a home if there is no manager.

  
Skill and Qualifications:

• Qualified registered nurse with AHPRA registration
• We are looking for someone who has been in a very similar role recently for just over 3 + years.
• Strong background in residential aged care and management experience
• Experience in managing residential aged care facilities within Australia
• Solid business acumen and operational / strategic planning.
• Current drivers licence and own vehicle
