The Company:

- Operates in all key markets worldwide, and locally are very well established.
The Role:
This Victoria- based role reports to a Queensland based Sales Manager and is to promote three types of surgical products, including existing and newer products. Responsibilities include the following:
- Selling to a variety of surgeons
- Covering an eastern and south eastern metropolitan territory with some associated country travel
- Achieving a sales budget
- Pro-actively developing long-term customer partnerships
- Participating in promotional and educational exhibitions
- Providing feedback to management on market trends, competitors and customer development.
We are seeking:
- A successful track record in medical sales – this may in devices, hospital or GP markets
- Passion for sales and results focus
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to be rewarded for success.
The package:
- Negotiable base salary
- Car allowance of $18k, plus fuel card
- 9.5% superannuation
- Quarterly bonus paid on achievement of KPIs
- Open-ended commission.
