ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to assume the role as a Care Manager, with a significant experience in aged care to lead by example & set the highest standard of clinical care at this established Residential Aged Care Facility.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the consistent standard of care provided across the site in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Review, develop and implement policies and processes focused on resident centred care
- Support, lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive workplace culture and providing innovative care
- Maintain up to date with changes across the industry and ensure the organisation is at the forefront of industry with regards to standard of care
ABOUT YOU :
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Current AHPRA registration (registered nurse) with demonstrated extensive clinical skills and experience
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and previous experience at management level leading Team Leaders, RNs & EENs supporting them to achieve quality outcomes across the site
- Strong community and industry links and networks to continue to build on the reputation in industry
