Admissions Coordinator (Aged Care) Multi Site: Eastern Suburbs

An experienced Admissions coordinator is required to oversee a portfolio of two facilities across Melbourne. You will be working alongside the Facility Managers to drive occupancy and admissions at each site. In this role you will strive to deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients across the sites in Eastern Melbourne.

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Marketing (desirable) or relevant industry experience 
• Demonstrated Aged Care Admissions experience
• Aged Care legislation/entry and exit knowledge 
• Have knowledge of aged care services, finances and terminology
• Confident communicator at all levels
• High-level report writing skills
• Ability to build and grow relationships that will make a difference 
• Strong negotiation skills
