Residential Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Northern Suburbs

Experienced Residential Manager (Registered Nurse) required to manage the operations of this prestigious aged care facility based in Melbourne's northern suburbs (Within 20 kms of the city centre). Representing a progressive & renowned aged care organisation, this opportunity is supported by an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator, ACFI, client services & quality support, a diligent operational management team and Registered Nurses at all times. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary package, approx. $125,000 + super & added benefits including extended annual leave. The ideal candidate will be a proven operational manager with a background in developing efficient & effective teams. You will be a specialist people manager that has the proven ability to develop a strong & close-knit on-site culture. The Requirements:

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
• At least 5 years aged care Residence Management experience
• Proven experience managing large residential aged care facilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills - We need a motivational mentor
• Excellent financial and budgeting skills & experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACFI funding
• Ability to manage time & tasks efficiently
• Working knowledge of audits, validations & aged care accreditation
• Thorough understanding of continuous improvement & quality assurance
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
• Successful change manager with an ability to develop strong cultures.
