ROLE
Our client is looking for a Regional Manager - Residential Aged Care to manage across multiple Residential Aged Care Facilities and support the Managers in achieving operational and quality objectives of the site.
Your role will include:
- Motivating and supporting a team of managers across a designated region
- Work closely with HO with a focus on achieving financial budgets
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and legislation
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation and building a positive work culture
In order to be successful in the role, you will have:
- Extensive management experience at site and regional level
- Previous employment experience in residential aged care
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve KPIs
- Extensive understanding of accreditation and compliance requirements
