What you will be doing:


As the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service department across Australia and New Zealand. Your focus will be to develop the profitability of the service department within budget expenditure limits. You will use your proven ability to successfully manage a team of skilled Service Technicians to influence an ambitious yet fun working culture through both individual and team efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the scheduling of installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and field service upgrades as well as the tracking and management of both the teams service performance and the customers' needs. You will utilise your mentor-like management approach to train and up skill your direct reports in all technical aspects of their role as well as customer service, management and their ability to identify sales leads. Most importantly as the National Service Manager it's necessary to maintain and develop employee morale and job satisfaction. This company wants employees to be happy!

  • Proven success in managing a service team preferably in medical device industry
  • Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional computer literacy.

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Ability to work independently and in a structured working environment.
  • Hands-on electrical experience servicing laser equipment preferably within the aesthetics sector.
