About the Role
  • Permanent full-time role for Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
  • Newly created position
  • Propose/ review sales force structure & skills
  • Produce reports demonstrating sales force productivity
  • Create & animate Sales force incentives scheme to motivate team
  • Create a platform where representatives register daily visits
  • Integrate Marketing team presentations in CRM platform
  • Create online reports to measure the performance indicators of representatives
  • Segmentation of all company's customers
  • Define and align targeting criteria
  •  Collect information from sales force or external database to create targeting model
  • Ensure implementation of Local Time Planning indicators
  • Integration with Global Team
  • Engagement with cross functional teams (L & D, HR, Marketing and Sales)
  • Create Action Plans to bridge identified gaps
  • Monthly reporting for Local team
  • Direct & lead SFE research project
The Successful Applicant   
  • Business or Marketing degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in SFE (at least 3 years in Pharma or Medical Device related roles)
  • Planning, Business Intelligence, Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in CRM tools and suppliers in the market
  • Leads & drives change
  • Develops the business
  • Able to take measured risks and to innovate
  • Highly effective communicator (written and verbal) with results orientation
  • Able to effectively identify, lead & influence key stakeholders
  • Decisive, able to persevere & adaptable
  • Ability to work effectively in constrained/regulatory environment
