My Client is a dynamic not-for-profit who offer traditional, and contemporary pathways and who focus on best practice and research initiatives.
The company have been providing quality care to the community for over 140 years.
The company currently provides child and maternal health services for families with infants aged 0-18 months. It includes parent education to families, community visits - with a particular focus on mother and babies experiencing vulnerabilities, refugee, and immigrant communities, young children with physical and mental disabilities, and those who may be predisposed to postnatal depression and other mental health issues.
About the role
The position is available on a full time basis - Monday to Friday with no weekend work.
As the Maternal and Child Health Manager you will be responsible for driving the Postnatal Support Programme forward. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills however also a good business acumen and want to drive the business forward by maximising referrals etc.
An integral part of your role will also be be to put systems and infrastructure into place on the nursing side of the business. Making sure the business is running as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Skills and experience
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Maternal and Child Health, or Child and Family Health qualifications
- A NSW Working with Children Check
- Current driving license with own car
